This Prosper list is a strong, synergyforward Rakdos exile/treasure engine, but it does not meet Bracket 4 expectations on present data: the submitted list is 82 cards (not 100), the interaction density is light for Bracket 4, there is no stack interaction, and the (currently visible) mana base/land count is low. It will overpower Bracket 3 tables through value and incidental drains, but it is too slow and too answerlight into tuned Bracket 4 pods that present compact win lines and defend them.
