Payment Terms

These Payment Terms explain how purchases of digital credits, paid features, subscriptions, and other premium functionality work on MTG Master.

MTG Master is operated by Marc Dalmau Ballester, a self-employed professional (“Autónomo”) established in Spain.

These Payment Terms apply together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any purchase information shown at checkout.

By purchasing or using paid features, you agree to these Payment Terms.


1. Service Owner

In these Payment Terms, Marc Dalmau Ballester is referred to as the “Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, and MTG Master is referred to as the “Service”.


2. Paid Features and Digital Credits

MTG Master may offer paid digital features, including digital credits, subscriptions, premium access, enhanced AI tools, advanced analytics, extended limits, or other upgraded functionality.

Digital credits, where offered, can be used within the Service to access or unlock specific features.

Credits:

  • Are digital only
  • Have no cash value
  • Cannot be exchanged for money
  • Cannot be transferred, gifted, traded, sold, or assigned to another account unless we expressly allow it
  • Do not grant ownership of MTG Master software, systems, data, intellectual property, or third-party content
  • Are linked to the account that purchased or received them

Credits and paid features are considered digital content and/or digital services.


3. Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Prices are shown before purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, prices may be displayed in euros or another currency supported by the payment provider.

Depending on your location and the type of purchase, the final price may include applicable taxes, such as VAT.

Where required, invoices or purchase records may include the Owner’s legal details, NIF, and applicable tax information.

Prices, credit packages, subscription plans, and paid feature structures may change over time. Any price changes will apply only to future purchases, unless clearly stated otherwise and legally permitted.


4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe, or equivalent secure payment providers.

Payment providers may handle:

  • Card processing
  • Payment authentication
  • Fraud prevention
  • Payment confirmation
  • Refund processing where applicable
  • Security of payment data

We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s own terms, privacy policy, and security practices.


5. Delivery of Credits and Paid Features

Credits and paid digital features are usually delivered or made available automatically after payment confirmation.

In most cases, credits are added to your account immediately or shortly after the payment is successfully processed.

Please include enough information to help us identify the purchase, such as the account email, approximate purchase time, and transaction reference if available.


6. Right of Withdrawal and Digital Services

Consumers in the European Union generally have a right to withdraw from distance purchases within 14 days, subject to legal exceptions.

For digital content or digital services that are supplied immediately, this right may no longer apply once performance has started, provided that the consumer has given prior express consent to immediate performance and has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance begins.

Because MTG Master credits and paid digital features may be delivered immediately and may be consumed immediately, checkout may ask you to confirm that:

  • You want immediate access to the digital credits, content, or paid feature
  • You understand that your right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery or performance begins, where permitted by law

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Spanish, EU, or other applicable law.


7. Refund Policy

We want purchases to work clearly and fairly.

Because credits and paid digital features can be delivered and consumed immediately, refunds are generally not available once credits have been delivered, used, or once the paid digital feature has been provided.

However, we will review refund requests where appropriate, especially in cases such as:

  • Duplicate purchases made by mistake
  • Credits not delivered because of a verifiable technical issue
  • Payment processing errors
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity
  • A legal obligation requiring a refund
  • Other exceptional situations where we decide a refund is reasonable

Refunds are not normally provided for:

  • Credits that have already been used
  • Paid features that have already been executed or delivered
  • Change of mind after immediate delivery or use
  • Unused credits, unless required by law or decided otherwise by us
  • Dissatisfaction with an AI-generated result after the feature has been provided
  • Account restrictions or termination caused by violation of the Terms of Service
  • Accidental use of credits after the feature has been executed

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Please include the account email, purchase date, transaction reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue.


8. Subscriptions

If MTG Master offers subscriptions, the subscription terms shown at checkout will explain the price, billing period, renewal conditions, included features, and cancellation options.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel a subscription using the available account, billing, or payment management tools, or by contacting us if you need assistance.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous billing periods, unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

If a subscription includes credits, usage limits, or premium access, the specific conditions will be shown within the Service or at checkout.


9. Credit Expiration

Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, credits do not expire while the Service remains operational and your account remains active.

We may introduce credit expiration rules in the future, but any such change will be communicated clearly and will apply only where legally permitted.

If the Service is discontinued or a paid feature is permanently removed, we will take reasonable steps to inform affected users and handle remaining credits or paid access in a fair and legally compliant way.


10. Account Binding

Credits and paid access are linked to the account that purchased or received them.

Credits cannot be:

  • Transferred to another account
  • Gifted
  • Traded
  • Sold
  • Cashed out
  • Converted into money

If you lose access to your account, we may ask for reasonable verification before helping restore access or reviewing any credit balance.


11. Changes to Pricing, Credits, or Paid Features

We may change credit package prices, subscription prices, consumption rates, paid feature structures, or premium functionality over time.

Changes may affect future purchases or future use of credits.

Where a significant change affects paid access or how credits are consumed, we will take reasonable steps to explain the change clearly.

Credits already purchased will not be removed simply because prices change. However, the number of credits required for specific features may change over time where reasonably necessary for the operation and sustainability of the Service.


12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a payment issue, please contact us first at:

We will try to review and resolve the issue fairly.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may need to temporarily limit access to the affected account while the issue is reviewed.

Where a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or found to be unauthorized, we may remove the related credits or paid access.

Repeated, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions, especially where they are connected to misuse, fraud, or violation of the Terms of Service.

This does not affect your legal rights to dispute unauthorized or incorrect charges.


13. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

We may take reasonable action if we detect suspected fraud, payment abuse, credit manipulation, or misuse of paid features.

This may include:

  • Reviewing payment activity
  • Temporarily limiting access
  • Freezing or correcting credit balances
  • Removing credits obtained through errors or abuse
  • Restricting or closing accounts in serious cases

Examples of misuse include:

  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
  • Exploiting bugs to obtain credits or paid access
  • Attempting to manipulate prices, payments, or credit consumption
  • Selling, trading, or sharing accounts in violation of the Terms of Service
  • Opening abusive payment disputes after using paid features

Any action taken will be proportionate to the issue and subject to applicable law.


14. Currency Conversion and Bank Fees

If your payment method uses a different currency from the one displayed at checkout, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or fees.

These rates and fees are set by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

We do not control those fees and do not receive them.


15. Errors in Pricing or Availability

We try to ensure that prices, credit packages, and paid feature information are accurate.

If a clear technical, pricing, or availability error occurs, we may correct the error and, where necessary, cancel or reverse the affected transaction in accordance with applicable law.

If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to inform affected users.


16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Payment Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union consumer and digital service regulations.

If you are a consumer, you benefit from any mandatory protections and rights provided by the laws of your place of residence.

Unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise, disputes will be submitted to the courts of the Owner’s domicile in Spain.
