In these Terms, Marc Dalmau Ballester is referred to as the “Owner”, and MTG Master is referred to as the “Service”.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to follow them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
3. Changes to These Terms
The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated.
The Owner may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, payment features, or security practices.
When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page. If a change is important, the Owner may also provide additional notice within the Service or by other reasonable means.
By continuing to use the Service after the updated Terms are published, you agree to the updated Terms.
4. Age and Use by Minors

If you are under the age required by applicable law to create an account, use online services, or make purchases on your own, you must use the Service with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the activity of minors using the Service under their permission.
5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights
5.1 Wizards of the Coast

Scryfall and other data providers are independent from MTG Master. They do not guarantee that price data, card data, or other information will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.
5.3 MTG Master Content
Except for third-party content, trademarks, card data, or materials owned by others, the Service and its original content are owned by the Owner or licensed to the Owner.
This includes, where applicable:

- Analysis systems
- Downloadable materials
- Non-user-generated content created for the Service
You may use the Service for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, mirror, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission, unless allowed by law or by an applicable third-party policy.
6. License to Use the Service
The Owner grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Unless expressly allowed, the Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Copy, scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service without permission
- Reproduce or mirror large parts of the Service
- Use the Service to build a competing product or dataset
- Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts in a way that overloads or abuses the Service
The Owner may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected misuse, security risk, non-payment, violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, or behaviour that may harm the Service or other users.
7. Free Access and Pro Features
MTG Master may offer a free tier with access to basic features such as browsing, deck exploration, collection tools, and other general functionality.
Some advanced features may require payment. These may include, for example:

- Digital credits
- Subscription-based access
- Other upgraded features
These paid features are referred to as “Pro Features”.
The availability, scope, limits, and pricing of Pro Features will be shown within the Service before purchase or use.
The Owner may add, change, remove, or limit features over time. When a significant change affects paid access, the Owner will take reasonable steps to explain the change clearly.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service respectfully and lawfully.
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate Spanish, EU, or applicable international law
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users
- Post hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or abusive content
- Impersonate another person, organization, public figure, staff member, or Wizards of the Coast
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without permission
- Test, bypass, or interfere with security systems
- Introduce malware, viruses, bots, or harmful code
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission
- Disrupt, overload, or damage the Service
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
If these rules are violated, the Owner may take reasonable action, including removing content, issuing warnings, limiting access, suspending accounts, or terminating access.
9. User-Generated Content
The Service may allow users to create, upload, generate, or share content, including decklists, comments, images, collection data, profile information, card notes, and other materials.
This is referred to as “User Content”.
By submitting User Content, you confirm that:
- You own it or have permission to use and publish it
- It does not violate the rights of others
- It does not break the law
- It does not contain harmful, abusive, misleading, or prohibited material
You keep ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant the Owner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process, and use that content only as needed to operate, improve, protect, and provide the Service.
Some User Content, such as public decklists, usernames, profile information, comments, or shared pages, may be visible to other users or visitors depending on your settings and the features you use.
The Owner may remove, restrict, or moderate User Content where reasonably necessary, including when content appears to violate these Terms, third-party rights, applicable law, or the integrity of the Service.
10. Account Registration and Account Security
Some features may require an account.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact the Owner as soon as possible at:
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you want to request account deletion or exercise data protection rights, please contact the Owner or follow the instructions provided in the Privacy Policy.
11. AI Features and Outputs
MTG Master may include AI-powered features to help with deck analysis, recommendations, explanations, summaries, optimization ideas, and other gameplay or collection-related tools.
These features are designed to support deck-building decisions and make Commander analysis easier, faster, and more useful.
AI results should be understood as helpful guidance based on the information available to the Service, including the decklist, selected bracket, available card data, and the context provided by the user.
Because Commander games depend on playgroup expectations, local meta, budget, card availability, and personal preferences, users should review suggestions and decide what works best for their own decks.
MTG Master is not an official Magic: The Gathering rules authority and does not replace official Wizards of the Coast resources for official rules, tournament policy, card legality, or official card text.
Additional details may be provided in the AI Use & Limitations Policy.
12. Digital Purchases, Credits, and Subscriptions
The Service may offer paid digital features, including credits, subscriptions, premium access, AI tools, or other Pro Features.
Before completing a purchase, the Service will display the relevant price, taxes where applicable, and the main conditions of the purchase.
By purchasing paid features, you agree to:
- Pay the displayed price, including applicable VAT when required
- Use the selected third-party payment provider, such as Stripe
- Follow any usage limits, credit rules, or subscription conditions shown before purchase
- Provide accurate billing and payment information
Digital credits and paid features may be delivered or made available immediately after purchase.
Where required by applicable consumer law, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once execution begins or once digital content has been supplied.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Spanish or EU law.
Because digital services and credits may be consumed immediately, refunds are generally not available once the purchased service has been delivered or credits have been used, except where required by applicable law or where the Owner decides to offer a refund at their discretion.
If you believe there has been an error with a payment, credit balance, subscription, or purchase, please contact:
13. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation
- Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee
Details about what data is collected, why it is collected, how it is used, legal bases, retention periods, security measures, and user rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may include links to external websites or use third-party services, such as payment providers, card data providers, analytics providers, hosting services, or authentication tools.
These third-party services are operated by independent providers.
The Owner is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Availability, Changes, and Maintenance
The Owner works to keep the Service available and useful, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable, limited, modified, or interrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party provider problems, security needs, or other reasons.
The Owner may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service over time.
Where a significant change affects paid features, the Owner will take reasonable steps to communicate the change clearly.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Spanish and EU law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Owner does not guarantee that:
- The Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Card data, pricing data, or third-party information will always be accurate or up to date
- AI-generated outputs will always be correct, complete, or suitable for your needs
- Deck recommendations will produce any specific result in games or tournaments
- Bugs, errors, or compatibility issues will never occur
MTG Master is not an official Magic: The Gathering rules authority. For official rules, tournament policy, card legality, and official card text, users should consult official Wizards of the Coast resources or other recognized official sources.
17. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish and EU law, the Owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption.
If you are dissatisfied with the Service, you may stop using it. If you have purchased paid features, any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Where a limitation of liability is legally allowed and applies, the Owner’s total cumulative liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the affected paid feature during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or €100, whichever is higher.
18. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the Service, including any decisions you make based on deck analysis, AI recommendations, card prices, collection data, or other information provided through the Service.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, these Terms, and any relevant third-party rules or policies.
19. Misuse and Responsibility for Harm
If you misuse the Service, violate these Terms, infringe third-party rights, or cause harm to the Service, the Owner, or other users, you may be responsible for the losses caused, where permitted by applicable law.
This section is intended to apply only to situations where responsibility can lawfully be attributed to you.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable EU regulations.
If you are a consumer, you benefit from any mandatory protections and rights provided by the laws of your place of residence.
Unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise, disputes will be submitted to the courts of the Owner’s domicile.
21. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
Where possible, the invalid or unenforceable part will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original purpose.
22. No Waiver
If the Owner does not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, this does not mean the Owner waives the right to enforce it later.
23. Contact
For questions, notices, support requests, or concerns about these Terms, please contact:
