Some images, card information, or pricing data may be provided by Scryfall or other data providers.
Scryfall makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of its price information.

3.3 Service Content

All other content available on the Service (text, images, software, databases, tools, AI outputs, design elements, interface components, downloadable materials) is owned by the Owner or third-party licensors.
Such content is protected under Spanish, EU, and international intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, or displayed without explicit written permission except as permitted under applicable fan-content policies.

4. License to Use the Service

The availability, scope, and pricing of these Pro Features will always be clearly displayed within the Service before use or purchase.

By using Pro Features, you agree to any additional terms, credit usage, or specific conditions associated with them.

The Owner reserves the right to modify, remove, or introduce Pro Features at any time, while ensuring that users are informed of any significant changes.

You may not use offensive, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit language.
Consequences may include content deletion, warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination.

The Owner may remove or restrict User Content at their discretion.

If registration is required, you must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.

8. Digital Purchases, Credits, and Subscriptions

If the Service offers paid features (credits, AI tools, subscriptions, premium access), you agree to:

Pay displayed prices, including applicable VAT;
Allow payment processing via third parties (e.g., Stripe);
Understand that digital services may exclude the right of withdrawal once execution begins, according to EU Directive 2011/83 and Spanish law.

Refunds are granted only when legally required.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

If a limitation cannot be enforced, the Owner’s maximum cumulative liability is €100.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable EU regulations.
Unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Owner’s domicile.

14. Severability

If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
