This is a cohesive Naya ETB/toolbox value deck built around Rocco, Cabaretti Caterer tutoring key creatures (often Norin the Wary) to snowball token/ETB engines (Genesis Chamber, Aura Shards, Cathars' Crusade, Terror of the Peaks/Warstorm Surge). It is powerful and synergistic, but relative to Bracket 4 expectations it is light on stack interaction and protection, and its wins are usually enginebased rather than fast/deterministic, making it consistently a step slow into optimized combo/control pods.
