Summary

A cohesive monoblue draw engine / political grouphug control list that can convert tablewide extra draws into overwhelming card advantage, then close via Leveler + (Laboratory Maniac / Jace, Wielder of Mysteries) or handsize win cons. In Bracket 3, it lands as an aboveaverage valuecontrol shell, but it is metafragile because many engines are symmetrical (fueling opponents), you have no recursion, and several win lines are singlepointoffailure to instantspeed removal at the wrong time.
