Vivi Spell Slinger
Summary
This is a highceiling Izzet spellslinger deck that can snowball hard behind Vivi’s mana burst and repeatable ping pressure, backed by an aboveaverage counter suite. It lands in Bracket 4 on raw card quality (fast mana, premium counters, Rift), but it’s less consistent than typical Bracket 4 due to only 2 true tutors, a 32land manabase with multiple taplands, and a few offplan equipment/Voltron cards that create clunky hands. When it assembles a value engine (Archmage Emeritus / Urabrask / Bombardment) or sticks Hullbreaker Horror with rocks, it can dominate. Against tighter Bracket 4 lists (more tutors, cleaner curves, more redundancy), it will show variance and occasionally stumble.
