Commander background
Deck description
Most Wanted is a Mardu (red-white-black) Commander precon led by Olivia, Opulent Outlaw, rewarding aggressive attacks with a steady stream of Treasure. A dense lineup of Assassins, Rogues, Pirates, and other outlaws turns combat damage into mana, letting the deck deploy threats quickly, double-spell in key turns, and keep pace after removal. Treasure also becomes a late-game conversion engine, cashing in for Olivia’s teamwide +1/+1 counters to turn a wide board into a real clock. Games tend to play out as proactive midrange with plenty of table interaction: spot removal like Feed the Swarm and Shoot the Sheriff, swingy effects such as Mass Mutiny, and value pieces like Academy Manufactor and Morbid Opportunist keep resources flowing. Pressure often comes from repeated evasive attacks and sudden damage spikes, while lifelink and incidental tokens help stabilize against faster decks. Players who enjoy combat politics and incremental advantage will feel at home, and upgrades naturally lean into more efficient outlaws, Treasure payoffs, and additional protection for the commander.
