New Deck

Summary

This list contains multiple cEDHtier win packages (notably Thassa's Oracle + Demonic Consultation/Tainted Pact and Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal) plus fast mana. However, it is structurally not a Bracket 5 deck due to (1) an extremely low 23land manabase for a 5color shell, (2) a very high concentration of 6–12 mana value haymakers that lower openinghand quality and slow reactivity, and (3) insufficient interaction density and missing key cEDH glue cards for its combo lines. Additionally, Panoptic Mirror is banned in Commander, which is a hard deckbuilding violation for EDH tables that follow the official ban list.
