New Deck
Summary
A cohesive Norin the Wary monored ETBburn/punisher shell with real Bracket 4 tools (fast mana, prison pieces, wheels, and multiple redundant damage engines). It performs well into slower midrange pods and greedy manabases, but it’s fragile vs fast combo and blueheavy interaction because stack interaction and graveyard hate are thin, and many key win engines are enchantment/artifactbased and exposed to removal.
