This list is not Commanderlegal as submitted (98 cards), and it also significantly overshoots typical Bracket 2 (Core/Precon) expectations by running multiple premium efficiency staples (Force of Negation, Toxic Deluge, Entomb, Reanimate, Diabolic Intent, Skullclamp) plus an infinite combo line (Rooftop Storm + Gravecrawler + sac outlet + drain). Once corrected to 100, it will play more like a topend Bracket 3 (and a very sharp Bracket 2 table will feel pressured by it).
