Sultai Arisen is a Sultai (black-green-blue) graveyard value deck led by Teval, the Balanced Scale. Teval turns attacks into steady milling and land recursion, keeping mana flowing while stocking the graveyard for future turns. As cards leave the graveyard, Teval adds 2/2 Zombie Druid tokens, letting routine plays like Victimize, Phyrexian Reclamation, Grapple with the Past, or Living Death convert directly into board presence.
